What are the delivery times?

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 9 working days across Western Europe, and 3 to 5 working days with express delivery. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.

Is delivery free?

Standard delivery is free on orders over €49 across Europe. Below that, shipping is calculated automatically based on your country and shown before payment — never a surprise at the last step.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send back an item that doesn't suit you, in its original condition. The refund is issued within 5 working days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Is payment secure?

Completely. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are encrypted and never pass through our servers.
